Ready to Cook Chicken
All of our chicken is always free from antibiotics and added hormones and we always have organic and heritage options available.
Helpful roasting rules of thumb:
Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a lightly oiled baking dish and roast for 15 minutes or until meat is just cooked through and still juicy.
Your chicken is fully cooked when the thermometer reads 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
Ready to Cook Veggies
All of our pre-cut fruits and veggies are certified organic and ready for your favorite recipe.
Helpful roasting rules of thumb:
Preheat the oven to 425°. Toss veggies in a large bowl with olive oil (about 1 tablespoon
per pound, but make sure the veggies are fully coated).
Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
