Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed and Cut into Quarters

  • 1 3.5 oz Bag of Tru Star Organic Italian Chestnut (Peeled and Ready to Eat)

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped

  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons (with juice) of La Cebolla Roja Pickled Red Onions

  • 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt

  • Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

 

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

 

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together and place them on a sided baking pan.

Step 3

Roast for 30 minutes (roast longer for crispier sprouts).
