It’s also a delicious secret ingredient of many dishes, including this chicken salad made from leftover roasted chicken.
Turmeric Chicken Salad
Ingredients

3 cups chopped chicken

¼ cup chopped celery

¼ cups mayonnaise

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp ground coriander

Salt and pepper to tast

¼ cup raisins

½ cup cashews
