Winter Citrus &
Ginger Spritz
Ingredients:
- Sparkling water or seltzer
- Fresh grapefruit juice (or blood orange juice for extra flair)
- Fresh ginger root (grated)
- A dash of turmeric (anti-inflammatory boost)
Optional: A spoonful of honey or maple syrup
Method:
Combine fresh citrus juice, grated ginger, and turmeric in a glass. Add sparkling water and stir well. Sweeten to taste. Serve over ice with a slice of citrus.

Tonic
Ingredients:

Method:
Mix chilled tulsi tea, ashwagandha powder, and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water or kombucha for effervescence. Garnish with mint.
