Winter Citrus &
Ginger Spritz  

Ingredients:  

  • Sparkling water or seltzer 
  • Fresh grapefruit juice (or blood orange juice for extra flair) 
  • Fresh ginger root (grated) 
  • A dash of turmeric (anti-inflammatory boost)
    Optional: A spoonful of honey or maple syrup

    Method:  

    Combine fresh citrus juice, grated ginger, and turmeric in a glass. Add sparkling water and stir well. Sweeten to taste. Serve over ice with a slice of citrus.  

    Benefits: Supports digestion, provides antioxidants, and delivers a zesty refreshment 

    Optional: A spoonful of honey or maple syrup  

    Adaptogen Dream
    Tonic  

    Ingredients:  

    • Holy Basil (tulsi) tea (brewed and chilled) 
    • Sparkling water 
    • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice 
    • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder (stress-relief adaptogen) 
    • A sprig of fresh mint  

    Method:  

    Mix chilled tulsi tea, ashwagandha powder, and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water or kombucha for effervescence. Garnish with mint.  

    Benefits: Calms the mind, reduces stress, and enhances mood.
