There's something special about cooking dinner on the grill during the height of summer. When the ingredients are fresh and the recipe is simple, you don't need much to create a meal that's both satisfying and memorable.

One of our favorite ways to celebrate the season is with wild-caught swordfish. Its firm, meaty texture makes it one of the best fish for grilling, holding together beautifully over the flames while developing a delicious smoky char. Rich in protein and naturally flavorful, swordfish is a wonderful option for anyone looking to enjoy more seafood without sacrificing that hearty, grilled experience.

Even better? Our wild-caught swordfish is on sale for $5.00 off per pound until Tuesday 07/28, making it the perfect time to try this customer favorite while it's in season.

Our Meat & Seafood Manager, Alex, keeps it simple with this easy citrus marinade. A quick soak in orange juice adds brightness while allowing the naturally rich flavor of the swordfish to remain the star. A handful of pantry staples is all you need before it hits the grill.
