Lemon Herb Black Sea Bass with
Roasted Potatoes & Garlic Green Beans
Serves: 4

Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
For the Sea Bass
• 2 Black Seabass fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
• 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Lemon slices, for serving
For the Roasted Sweet Potatoes
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Green Beans
• 12 oz fresh green beans
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Roast the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through.
2. Prepare the Sea Bass
Pat fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Make the Herb Marinade
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush over fillets and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
4. Bake the Sea Bass
Place fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Cook the Green Beans
While the fish cooks, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add green beans and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve
Plate the Black Sea Bass alongside the roasted potatoes and garlic green beans. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
