After years of dedicated service as our Meat & Seafood Manager, Paul is stepping into a new and exciting role here at New Morning Market. While he’s easing into semi-retirement, he’s certainly not slowing down! You’ll now find Chef Paul cooking up delicious recipes right on the sales floor — sharing samples, seasonal inspiration, and clever ways to use our unique products.
Taking the helm of the Meat & Seafood Department is Alex, who has worked closely with Paul and the team for several years. In fact, Paul has mentored Alex for over three years — passing on his deep knowledge, skill, and care for both products and people. Under Paul’s guidance, Alex has grown into a thoughtful, trusted leader who shares the same dedication to quality and customer service that has always defined our department.
With support from our talented and friendly crew — Chris, Jeremiah, Nathan, Walter, and more — Alex and the team are here to help with all your meat and seafood needs.
