The finest Wagyu breeders in Australia were brought together to select cattle with elite marbling traits creating steaks and cuts that epitomizes excellence. Australian Wagyu cattle, whose bloodlines trace back to the original Japanese Wagyu stock, are grass-fed for 13 months on the rolling pastures of Darling Downs in the Queensland region. They are then slowly introduced to a three-tier-finish of non-GMO white grains, and vegetable-based proteins. 

Superior genetics and a regimented feeding program allow these cattle to reach the highest value on the marbling scale. And while there are few words to describe these exclusive and elegant cuts, those with a discerning palate love to savor the richness and buttery flavor of Australian Wagyu beef.
