1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup kale or spinach, fresh or frozen
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Add all ingredients to a high power blender.
Blend on high until creamy consistency. Enjoy right away!
