  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup kale or spinach, fresh or frozen

  • 1-2 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1-2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds



Step 1

Add all ingredients to a high power blender.
