Online ordering for both your fresh Turkey and your Provender order is available so you can order anytime from anywhere at www.newmorningmarket.com
If you need to speak to someone, our Holiday Specialists will be available to answer questions most days but if one is not available you can leave us a message or email us at contact@newmorningmarket.com.
Important info about your order!
Please be aware that you must select your pickup day, and these details cannot be changed once your order is completed.
If you need to change your pickup day or time, you must contact the store to have your original order canceled. You will then need to place a new order with the correct details.
Can my order be changed after I submit it?
No changes can be made to an order once it is placed. If absolutely necessary you can contact Holiday Specialist to cancel your order, cancel items from your order or change the pickup time.
Additional items cannot be added to an existing order. You can place another order but it must meet the same minimum order requirements ($20.00). Be sure to keep the same pickup date and time or call to speak to a Holiday Specialist.
Can I use my Greenshare number?
No, we do not have the capability to apply Greenshare numbers to holiday orders.
Can I receive my senior discount on my Turkey or Provender Holiday menu order?
No, Turkeys and Provender Holiday menu orders are excluded from all discounts.
Can I pay cash for my Provender Holiday order or Turkey Deposit?
No, we cannot accept cash payments for Provender Holiday or Turkey pre-orders.
Can I wait and pay for my Provender order when I pick it up?
Online ordering requires you to pay for your order in full when the order is placed (whether you place the order online at home or in the store).
I have guests joining us for Thanksgiving with dietary restrictions. What should I order?!

How will I know if a dish is Vegan or Gluten-Free?
Any items that are Vegan and/or Gluten-Free will be labeled as such on the menu. (*Our food is produced in a facility that processes soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and fish.)
How do I know what size Turkey to order?
Plan on 1-2 pounds of uncooked turkey per person, with more for leftovers. Our turkeys come in a range of sizes. While we try to meet your size preference, the final weight can fall at either end of the range.
How do I know when to pick up my Turkey or my Provender order?
When you place your order on the online store you will be prompted to select a Pickup time for your order. Print your receipt or screenshot it to your phone. Turkey pickups start Monday, November 25th, Provender pick-ups start Tuesday the 26th and both end Wednesday, November 27th.
When is the last possible day to place an order for Turkey or Provender?
We cannot accept any new orders after Thursday, November 21st.

Where do I pick up my Turkey and/or Provender order?
Our Thanksgiving pick-up station will be located outside on the left side of the building when you’re facing the store from the parking lot. Just look for our orange tent and holiday team—who will get your pre-ordered items for you at schedule pick-up time.
Important Dates to Remember
Reserve your Provender items by Thursday, November 21st.
Reserve your fresh turkey and pay your deposit ($20) by Thursday, November 21st.
No refunds or order changes can be made after November 21st., including deposit refunds, pre-payments, item choices, and sizes.
*Discounts are not available on items from our Thanksgiving Menu, including Senior Discounts and coupons.
