Our Non-Solicitation & Code of Conduct Policy
New Morning Market’s Non-Solicitation and Code of Conduct Policy outlines New Morning Market’s restrictions for distributing materials and soliciting funds, donations and signatures for activities, groups or organizations.
This policy applies to all employees as well as external visitors, partners and customers that may be on company premises.
Solicitation is any form of requesting money, support or participation for products, groups, organizations or causes which are unrelated to our company. These include but are not limited to:
• Seeking funds or donations for a non-profit organization
• Asking for signatures for a petition
• Selling merchandise or services
• Requesting support for a political candidate
• Engaging in religious proselytism
• Distribution of literature or material
All above forms of solicitation and distribution are strictly prohibited on New Morning Market premises including in-store and in our parking lot, unless previously authorized by senior management or store ownership.
New Morning Market prohibits discrimination, harassment and bullying in any form on New Morning Market premises. Additionally, we will not tolerate any violence or threat of violence. No concealed or visible firearms, knives or weapons of any kind are allowed on this property. New Morning Market strives to create an environment that is conducive for our customers to obtain the products, knowledge and services to lead a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. In that pursuit, we have found it necessary to put in place this policy in order to maintain a safe space that is without judgement or coercion for all, including our customers, employees and members of the community.
Therefore, any breach of New Morning Market’s Non-Solicitation and Code of Conduct policy may result in being asked to leave or being removed from New Moring Market’s premises.
